The court reporting profession

2018 has been one of my busiest years as a court reporter!  That's a good sign for the profession.  With the economy booming and more business occurring, it causes an uptick in litigation and hence the need for more court reporters.  I have been encouraging people looking to get into the profession to go for it!  After 37 years I still love my job and I see court reporting being a viable profession in the long term.
