Embrace or resist AI during depositions?
Court reporters nationwide are being confronted with the possibility of AI entering Zoom deposition settings and whether to allow or disallow. Some of my clients are embracing it to help with summarizing the depositions. I've shared with those who have asked some of the pitfalls in doing so. The Oregon Court Reporters Association will address this issue at our spring conference - looking forward to being informed as to others' opinions.
