Court reporters are in the news again!

A recent article was posted in the New York Daily News that court reporting is making a comeback as more cases demand the "human touch"!  Courts have experimented using digital recording and the results have not been good, so more locales are hiring again or asking that "live" reporters be brought in for important cases.  Such good news!  Court reporters have such a unique talent and it's good to hear we're being appreciated again!
