Court Reporters and the Cosby Trial
Court reporters were featured once again in a high-profile case involving Bill Cosby this month. On several occasions the jurors asked that the court reporter read back the testimony of witnesses, and also the deposition transcript prepared by a court reporter was read from multiple times. This all proves the invaluable service that a live court reporter plays in our justice system.
